Pricing

Custom trips require custom pricing. Once we have created your itinerary, we total up all the costs for each night of your trip (campsites, hotel rooms, RV rental, etc), and we add on a nightly planning fee. This planning fee covers our time spent researching, planning and booking. It takes a lot of work on our end to put your itinerary together. If you have tried to plan your own RV vacation, you will know it is not a simple task.

Because each price is specific to your custom trip, it’s hard for us to put an exact number on it, which is why we offer a free itinerary proposal and quote for the idea you have in mind. Just reach out to us with the trip or destinations you’d like to visit, your specific dates or general timeframe and duration of trip, number of travelers in your group, and we’ll crunch the numbers for you. We are always transparent about our pricing.

For an idea of what your trip may cost, head on over to our Suggested Itineraries for an average price on those trips. There are RV rental options to make your trip less expensive and more expensive, so if that price doesn’t work for you, please reach out to us and we will find something in your budget!
